ETI has completed an evaluation of the College of Agriculture, Food and Rural Enterprise (CAFRE) Business Development Groups. The CAFRE Business Development Groups scheme has been delivered to a large number of participants from a wide range of farm businesses across Northern Ireland.
The evaluation was carried out in four phases between November 2016 and December 2021. It was commissioned by the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA).
