The Education and Training Inspectorate’s (ETI) report sets out the findings of an evaluation of the arrangements in place to build the capacity of practitioners in the participating settings to be able to identify more effectively and to support children with special educational needs (SEN) and/or a disability earlier in their pre-school year, considers factors which impact on the provision and makes recommendations on how to improve and further develop the current arrangements.
