The purpose of this report is to share the main findings relating to Planning for Learning, Teaching and Learning, and Leadership and Management, and report on the progress towards addressing the three key areas for improvement, first identified in Better Mathematics (2007), and later updated in Follow-up to Better Mathematics (2010). It is based on evidence gathered during 96 inspections of post-primary mathematics departments between September 2010 and June 2014.
